Since 2016, Cascaritas has been a family project managed by Hidardo Hernández and his mother, Demly Hernández. Located at an altitude of 1210 meters, Finca Cascaritas covers 7.5 hectares and is situated in Plan Rosario, a small village in the Ocotepeque region of Honduras. The Hernandez family meticulously selects each lot based on the unique characteristics of their terroir, aiming to create exceptional sensory profiles in every cup. Their unwavering passion for excellence propels them to continually explore innovation in coffee production. "We always strive for the extraordinary, as we recognize that within each cup lies an opportunity to inspire and connect with individuals who share our life philosophy". The Hernandez family also places importance on the environment, therefore, all the plantations are cultivated under agroforestry.
