This coffee comes from the cooperative APROCAE (Asociacion de pequenos Productores de Café

Especial) located in the department of La Paz, in the southwest of Honduras. APROCAE was founded on July 15,2015 with the initiative of creating a support organization for coffee producers, to improve their livelihood and agricultural farming practices. Today, it has about 210 producers, including 65 women and 145 men. Both the plantations and the washing station are managed according to the principles of organic farming. Attention is always paid to the quality, cleanliness and good preparation of the coffee. The size of the plantations ranges from 1 to 30 hectares. The

washing station is about 25 square meters.
