Our Don Pablo comes from the Huila region, one of the most renown coffee regions in the country. The nitrogen-rich volcanic soil and ideal geographical conditions create some of the highest quality coffees in the country. In 2013, the Huila region received the Domination of Origin status, which recognises its delicate cup profile and ideal geographical characteristics.
