Who Are We?

Touton Specialties, founded in 2017 and based in Hamburg, is a specialty green coffee importer and supplies roasteries of all sizes across Europe. As a proud member of the Touton Group, active in coffee, cocoa, and spice trading since 1848, we are passionate about sourcing exclusive nano- and micro-lots, exceptional farm coffees, and certified coffees from around the globe. At the core of our mission are long-term partnerships built on transparency and quality, both with producers in origin countries and our customers.

Our team of nine passionate coffee enthusiasts thrives on initiative and authenticity. Diverse backgrounds and experiences enrich our exchange of ideas and foster creativity. The centerpiece of our office is our cupping room—a space not only for cuppings and quality control but also for meetings and collaboration. It inspires us daily and supports our pursuit of excellence.

Your Responsibilities:​​

• Designing and creating diverse marketing materials

• Planning and hosting coffee events (both in-house and at coffee festivals)

• Crafting and distributing our weekly newsletter

• Producing engaging video content for social media and our website

• Managing and updating website content

• Overseeing and coordinating various projects

Qualifications and Skills:​

• Initial experience in marketing and communication

• Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written

• A proactive, efficient, and independent work ethic

• Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to work effectively in a team

• A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills

• Quick learning and adaptability to new challenges

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere​
