Our Brazil Colibri is produced in the south of Minas Gerais, situated in the southeast of the county. The state of Minas Gerais covers around 586.520km2 and is about as large as France. This region is responsible for about half of Brazil’s total coffee production. In collaboration with our shipper, we have developed the exceptional cup profile of our Brazil Colibri, which enables us to offer it all year round.
